This summer, I’m working with the Government Relations team at Woodwell Climate Research Center, focusing on climate risk reporting for various regions, including Brazil. My role involves synthesizing key findings and presenting them in a clear and accessible way to potential donors and for use at COP30.

I’m particularly interested in the intersection of science and policy—specifically, how research can inform and drive effective policy change. In the future, I hope to work at a nonprofit organization that advocates for science-based policies. I’m also passionate about Spanish and excited by the prospect of working with Spanish-speaking countries and communities on climate and environmental issues.

Growing up, my family instilled in me a deep appreciation for the outdoors. We spent vacations exploring national parks, weekends hiking the town forests, and summers by a small lake in Maine. These experiences motivate me to contribute towards protecting our natural world and working towards positive change so that future generations can experience and appreciate our world as much as I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel and am an avid reader. I’ve been a dedicated classically trained dancer for over 15 years, competing nationally and finding joy in movement and expression.
