Environmentalist, Marketing Professional, and Artist
Diane Falconer is a Marketing professional. Her career took her from Silicon Valley – Apple Computer and Sun Microsystems (now Oracle) – computer product management to England, where she worked for NTL (now Virgin Media) in cloud marketing and later as CMO for Exago, an incubator startup, in knowledge-management software. Ms. Falconer served as co-founder and President of the Virginia non-profit, Great Falls Foundation for the Arts.
In addition to the Woodwell Climate Research Center and climate change, her environmental work focuses upon wolf conservation and protection of biodiversity. She holds degrees from UC Berkeley, B.A. in Economics; South Australia’s University of Adelaide, Masters in Planning; and Columbia Business School, M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance.
