Ms. Shana Singleton works to identify and build a strong, diverse pool of qualified candidates for Woodwell’s many roles. She ensures that Woodwell hires talented individuals that can positively contribute to our mission of combating climate change.
Ms. Singleton is motivated by the desire to create an inclusive and diverse work environment, where employees have a strong sense of belonging and admiration. She previously worked as a payroll and benefits accountant. She is also a proud Army veteran and budget analyst who was responsible for training finance specialists to use the Defense Finance Accounting system. In addition, Ms. Singleton holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. She is an expert in the key elements that contribute to a successful organization—team building, effective communication, ethics, and conflict management.
In her spare time, Ms. Singleton enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially during holidays, as well as working out to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.
