Cathleen Donovan provides daily operational support to projects, programs and diversity initiatives for the People & Culture Department with expertise in project management and interpersonal communications. Cathleen is also a member of Woodwell Climate’s Diversity Advisory Committee (DAC).
Donovan earned her Masters of Science in Geology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, working in the Planetary Sciences Lab. Much of her formal education was within a Specialized Center for Research and Training in Origins of Life Studies, a think tank composed of geologists, biologists, astrophysicists, and chemists. She is passionate about contributing to projects that are Earth-centered, especially alongside colleagues with similar aspirations.
She is a dedicated student of American Sign Language and deaf culture.
