As a member of Woodwell Climate’s Government Relations team I help bridge the gap between science and policy, enabling lasting, positive change. Climate change affects all of us, making honest, non-partisan conversations and policy initiatives critical to the future of our planet and its inhabitants.
I am currently studying international politics and security at Georgetown University, and am interested in pursuing a career in public service, likely in the defense sector. Previously, I was an intern at Agile Onboarding and Telluride Science. I speak Spanish fluently, and have an intermediate level in Arabic.
When I am not working for Woodwell Climate, I am a fly fishing guide in Telluride, CO, where I was born and raised. Growing up in a place that is economically dependent on the health of the environment, I was inspired to pursue conservation policy. Going to university in Washington, D.C. heightened my interest in the field, emphasizing the need for conservation to happen both from the top down and the bottom up.
