Ian Guerin is a Google.org Fellow working on the Permafrost Discovery Gateway project. He has been working for Google in Seattle for the past 5 years, primarily as a front end software engineer for Partner Hub/Partner Sales Console. His work enables partners to re-sell Google products in their markets.
Guerin enjoyed being involved in Google’s Computer Science Summer Institute, and the experience encouraged him to look for more opportunities to get involved in work that Google is doing with a positive motivation.
Before joining Google, Guerin lived in New York City and Detroit working at smaller tech companies with a focus on creating applications for big data and human resources.
