I work in the People and Culture Department where I manage the human resources employee life cycle, P&C program implementations and special projects, data analytics, and benefits. I blend my analytical, data-driven background with empathy and openness while working with all departments across Woodwell Climate. I am passionate about creating a work environment and culture where everyone can feel a sense of belonging and supported to achieve our mission.
I hold a Society of Human Resources Professional Credential, an M.Sc. in biological sciences from the University of Alberta, and a B.Sc. in environmental science from the University of Waterloo.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, embroidery, traveling, and spending time with my family.
