My work is focused on optimizing and executing Woodwell Climate’s scientific strategy. I ensure research programs are effectively managed, aligned with impact goals, and supported by strong cross-functional systems. My approach emphasizes collaboration, operational clarity, and the integration of diverse knowledge systems to drive results that are both rigorous and equitable.
I am a multidisciplinary conservation and climate professional with over a decade of experience leading science and policy initiatives across Canada, Latin America, and Africa. Rooted in my studies in both environmental science and business administration, my work sits at the intersection of research, policy, and people. I am focused on building systems that enable scientific excellence and meaningful impact on the ground. Before joining Woodwell, I held leadership roles with Conservation International, Parks Canada, The Institute of Oceanographic Research at the University of Rimouski, and the Eeyou Marine Region Wildlife Board, where I helped develop programs that bridge climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and community well-being with a focus on Indigenous people and rights.
I grew up in the North, close to the land, and spent most of my career working with Indigenous communities. Outside of work, I am a cross-country runner and yoga enthusiast—and I love sharing stories about my dog.
