Agricultural Lands Croplands, grasslands, and rangelands produce food, store carbon, and support healthier ecosystems.
Climate Change 101 The fundamentals of climate change, what’s driving it, and why it matters.
Freshwater & Wetlands Rivers and wetlands play a vital role in storing carbon, supporting ecosystems, and protecting communities.
Permafrost Frozen ground holds vast amounts of carbon that can be released as the planet warms.

Extreme Heat Rising temperatures put our health, work, and daily lives under greater strain.
Wildfires What’s driving worsening wildfires, where the danger is growing, and what’s at risk.
Drought & Water Scarcity Water shortages affect farms, food supplies, communities, economies, and ecosystems.
Flooding & Sea Level Rise Where flooding threatens homes, livelihoods, and critical infrastructure, and what communities can do to adapt.
Permafrost Thaw As frozen ground thaws, it releases carbon and puts Arctic communities and infrastructure at risk.
Crop Loss & Food Insecurity The effects of heat, drought, and shifting rainfall on crops and the global food chain.
Air & Water Pollution What enters our air and water can travel far beyond its source, affecting ecosystems and human health.
Migration & Resource Security The connection between climate change, migration, and risks to vulnerable populations.
Economic Loss & Financial Instability The growing cost of climate change to households, businesses, infrastructure, and economies around the world.

Climate Mitigation Keeping more carbon out of the atmosphere and stored safely in the land.
Climate Adaptation & Resilience Helping communities prepare for climate risks, adapt to change, and build resilience.
Business & Institutional Risk Consultation Turning climate science into actionable information for better decisions and long-term planning.
Land, Water, and Ecosystem Stewardship Putting science into practice to protect ecosystems, manage land, and reduce emissions.
