Karen Olcott is a seasoned strategy advisor and investor with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across Fortune 100 technology, telecom, and media sectors. She held pivotal roles at T-Mobile, Microsoft, Pinnacle EFX, Showtime Networks, and ABC Sports. As Director of Corporate Strategy & Strategic Partnerships at T-Mobile and Director of Global Programming & Partnership Strategy at Microsoft, Olcott led high-stakes initiatives focused on Cloud, AI, and 5G technologies. She successfully shaped multi-year strategic deals with industry leaders such as Amazon, Microsoft, Netflix, and MSNBC. Olcott holds a U.S. patent for Wireless Coverage Verification, has won over 45 industry awards, and is a two-time Emmy winner in sports television. She was President of the Broadcast Designers Association and worked with 50 Attorneys General to improve the prosecution of human trafficking.

Olcott serves on the boards of the Woodwell Climate Research Center, OpenCape Corporation, and Woods Hole Film Festival and is a Corporation Member at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and a Marine Biological Laboratory Council Member.

She received a M.A. from Freie Universität Berlin, a B.A. from Brown University, and holds a Certificate in Architecture from the Harvard University School of Design.
