I work with the Information Systems team to support all Woodwell Climate staff with their information technology concerns.
I am experienced in customer service and Level 1 helpdesk support, including troubleshooting technical issues and fulfilling service requests for hardware and software. Before joining Woodwell, I spent three years working in Information Technology for Virginia Transportation Corporation. The scope and variety of experience I gained there translates well to my role at Woodwell, and helps me to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of our staff.
Outside of work I am an avid reader, and enjoy reading across a variety of topics including music, technology, history, and nature.
