Nancy Bridges plans and coordinates strategic events for Woodwell to help the Center meet its fundraising and stewardship objectives. She works closely with donors, staff, and stakeholders, building relationships to support Woodwell’s objectives of climate action.
Ms. Bridges has 25 years of event management experience, most recently as the Manager of Events and Constituent Relations at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole. She was also instrumental in the Machrihanish Dunes project, a restoration project that re-opened two historic hotels and a golf course in Scotland. The course is the only one created on a Site of Special Scientific Interest and it received the Golf Environmental Organization certification for creating and maintaining a sustainable agenda.
Ms. Bridges lives in West Falmouth, MA with her husband, two daughters and dogs Oliver and Walter. She enjoys boating in the summer and skiing in the winter.
