I am working with the Evolving MetaEcosystems Institute (EVOME), assisting with research on Arctic Grayling fish physiology to learn how this important species is responding to a warming Arctic climate.
I’ve been interested in field research since high school, and have worked on songbird banding and nest monitoring programs. I plan to attend graduate school to continue to pursue research in Arctic ecosystems.
I grew up in Alaska and am passionate about contributing to understanding the ecosystem I call home. In my free time I love knitting and hiking in wild places around Alaska.
