I support daily operations, projects, and initiatives across the People and Culture Department, including compliance, talent acquisition and onboarding, employee support and benefits, reporting and administration, and event planning.
I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. Before joining Woodwell, I supported HR operations within a mission-driven nonprofit, strengthening HR processes and systems. I’m motivated by the opportunity to support people who are doing meaningful work that can make a real difference in the world. At Woodwell, I’m especially inspired by the chance to contribute to an organization where scientists and researchers are working to better understand climate change and its impact.
Outside of work I have a passion for sustainable fashion, and love finding unique pieces secondhand. I am also learning and growing my skills in clothing alterations. When I’m not exploring fashion, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors as much as possible.
