Ms. Gail Greenwald is an active seed-level investor and an experienced senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience in management of technology-based organizations. She has been an angel investor since 2010 and has invested in more than 20 early-stage companies, mostly focused on clean/renewable energy, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
Ms. Greenwald is a board member of the Launchpad Venture Group, an emeritus member of the Clean Energy Venture Group, and serves on the board of three of her portfolio companies. She is also board chair of the Sierra Club Foundation, a member of the investor advisory board of NYSERDA, the MIT Climate Action Advisory Committee, and the investment advisory group at Mass CEC.
Ms. Greenwald holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from MIT and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
